Our Rooms and Suites

The Inn at Pennington Place offers 2 rooms and 2 suites to rent for our guests. The Inn is accommodating up to 10 people at one time.

Ernest Alvin Suite $160.00

The Ernest Alvin Suite consists of 3 rooms. The suite is located on the 3rd level and does not have an elevator. The first bedroom has a king bed, dresser, table and chairs in the bump out facing south with a fantastic view of the grounds as well as the Spanish Peaks. The second bedroom has a queen bed, reading chairs, smart tv and desk area. This room also has a fantastic view of the grounds and the Spanish Peaks. The bath is centrally located between the rooms. It has a large vanity and walk in shower. These rooms are not booked individually, they are always booked as a suite even if you only require one bedroom.

Savilla Marie Suite $150.00

A luxury, ground level, 3 room suite with private entrance. The Savilla Marie Suite offers a king size bed, free standing pellet stove, and mini kitchen. Complete with a computer desk, big screen TV, and a very comfortable seating area. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Thelma Fern Room $120.00

Ground level room with private entrance, parking 15 feet from your door. King size bed, private bath with tub and shower. South side private patio with open view of the picturesque Spanish Peaks. Room is decorated with family heirloom furniture, writing desk, and 46” television. Hues of forest green and cream colors make the room very cozy and comfortable. A private coffee and wet bar area adjacent to the bedroom includes small microwave and micro refrigerator.

Elmer Fredrick Room $120.00

This second floor room has a king bed and private bath with tub/shower combination. A corner room with south and east facing windows features unobstructed views of the grounds and Spanish Peaks. The Elmer Fredrick Room has a writing desk, easy chairs, and big screen TV.
